Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and transparent, allowing you to book with confidence and peace of mind.


Payment & Booking
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due prior to arrival, as specified in your booking confirmation.


Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 12:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and could incur additional fees.


Occupancy & Age Requirements
Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be strictly observed.
The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.


Free Cancellation

Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund of all payments made.


Flexible Cancellation (7–13 Days)

Cancellations within 7 to 13 days before arrival are eligible for either:

  • A partial refund, or

  • A full credit toward a future stay (valid for 12 months)


Last-Minute Cancellations (Less Than 7 Days)

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are generally non-refundable.
However, if the unit is successfully rebooked, a refund may be issued minus applicable fees.


Travel Disruptions & Emergencies

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling or issuing a stay credit.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
